Complete rules and regulations for all Unreel Fishing Co sweepstakes and contests
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law. These rules apply to all sweepstakes conducted by Unreel Fishing Co.
Who Can Enter:
- Must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry
- Must be a legal resident of the United States
- Must have a valid email address
- Must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
Who Cannot Enter:
- Employees of Unreel Fishing Co and their immediate family members
- Employees of advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies
- Residents of Quebec, Canada
- Anyone prohibited by law from participating
- Previous winners within the last 12 months (where applicable)
Verification Requirements:
Winners may be required to provide:
- Government-issued photo identification
- Proof of address and residency
- Social Security Number (for tax purposes)
- Signed affidavit of eligibility and liability release
Entry Periods:

- • Runs from 1st to last day of each month
- • Drawing held within 5 business days
- • Winner announced by 15th of following month

- • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $650
- • Quantity: 1 per month
Prize Conditions:
- • Prizes have no cash value and are non-transferable
- • No substitutions allowed except by sponsor
- • Winners responsible for all taxes and fees
- • Gift cards expire 12 months from issue date
- • Shipping included within USA
Selection Process:
- Winners selected by random drawing from all eligible entries
- Drawing conducted by independent third party
- Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received
- One prize per person per sweepstakes period
Winner Notification:
- • Winners notified via email within 5 business days
- • Must respond within 72 hours to claim prize

Force Majeure:
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, network outages, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control that may prevent participation or prize delivery.
Disputes:
- All disputes subject to laws of Florida, United States
- Exclusive jurisdiction in Florida state and federal courts
- Individual arbitration required for claims under $10,000
- No class action lawsuits permitted
