Our Commitment
Unreel Fishing Co. wants the storefront to be usable by as many customers as possible, including people using keyboards, screen readers, zoom tools, voice input, and other assistive technologies.
We treat accessibility as an ongoing part of product quality, not a one-time checklist.
What We Work Toward
We aim to provide clear navigation, readable text, responsive layouts, meaningful button labels, helpful form feedback, visible focus states, and useful alternative text for important images.
We test core flows such as browsing products, selecting variants, using the cart, signing in, and checking out.
Third Party Services
Some checkout, payment, email, analytics, or embedded experiences may be provided by third-party services. We choose reputable tools, but their interfaces may be governed by their own accessibility practices.
If a third-party step creates a barrier, contact us and we will do our best to help complete the task another way.
Feedback
If you find an accessibility issue, email unreelfishingcompany@gmail.com with the page URL, device or browser, and a short description of what happened.
Screenshots, screen reader notes, or steps to reproduce are helpful, but not required. We will review feedback and prioritize meaningful fixes.
Need Help
If you need help placing an order, finding sizing information, accessing order details, or contacting support, email us and we will assist.
